CASS Art Glasgow Launch Event!

Nothing fills me with pleasure quite like a good hours stroll around an art store. Not just any art store though (cue sexy M&S music) – CASS Art on Glasgow, Queen Street.

To make me even more excited, the Glasgow store is hosting a launch weekend starting tomorrow – Saturday 28th February and Sunday 1st March, to thank all you lovely lot for being so nice and for contributing to the stores success!

NOW, for the nitty-gritty – DISCOUNTS and OFFERS.

The first 1,000 customers through the door who spend over £10 will receive a free bag of art materials, worth over £50. There will be an extra 10% off everything in-store all weekend, plus music from a live DJ and many more wonderful art offers.

There will also be free treats from Propercorn and Tempo Tea Bar.

Every customer who spends over £10 will also receive a free Viridian tote bag, the newest colour to the acclaimed Cass Art tote bag range.

The Art Space at the back of the shop will be open during the launch event with Art For All, a hands-on exhibition by Scottish illustrator Marion Deuchars. Entry is free, and the space includes interactive play desks alongside the exhibited illustrations, encouraging creativity in people of all ages and getting them to lose the fear of drawing.

The launch event is open to all, from 9am-6pm on Saturday 28th February, and 11am-6pm on Sunday 1st March.

Cass Art Glasgow is located on 63-67 Queen Street, and opened its doors for the first time in October 2014.

Recovered from all this yet? I’ll be getting myself right down there so I can flirt with the Posca Pens 🙂

A big thanks to CASS Art for sending me the event info and I hope (but I’m pretty sure) it will be a massive success!
